I am a certified Soft Skills and Jira Trainer with a strong foundation in systems and process management. I have worked at Matrix Comsec, Vadodara, as a Team Leader – Systems and Process, where I managed ISO audits, Jira, Fisheye/Crucible, and implemented Six Sigma, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies for software development. My role also included evaluating various project management tools and ensuring process efficiency. With hands-on experience in systems testing across a range of EPABX products, DKT systems, and unified messaging systems, I bring both technical depth and training expertise. Additionally, I have served as a lecturer at an engineering college, combining academic insight with real-world application to deliver impactful and structured training sessions.
