With a rich IT corporate background as a Solutions Manager, I transitioned into entrepreneurship, finding joy as the Founder and Creative Director of a handloom boutique. My passion led me to specialize in POSH and POCSO training, becoming a certified trainer in both areas. I design and deliver tailored sessions for specific audiences and industries, both offline and online, using video scenarios, real-life examples, role plays, and post-session assessments. I also serve as an External Member of the Internal Committee for two organizations and help companies implement end-to-end POSH compliance processes. A mindful advocate for women empowerment and DEI, I’m committed to driving meaningful change and creating safe, inclusive workspaces where people can thrive.
