I am a dynamic and hardworking training consultant with 20+ yrs years practical experience 5 yrs in sales and 15+ yrs in designing, delivering and evaluating a wide range of training courses. As a fulltime employee i headed L&D function and have a robust experience in handling end to end training practices like Training Need Analysis , Training Content Designing , Pre and Post training Assignments , Training Impact Evaluation. All this experience is underpinned with academic qualifications to MBA level and technical certifications in technology and NLP. Diploma level achievements in Counselling and other Human Resources accreditations have enabled me to contribute to both strategic organizational policy development and one to one appraisals.
