Ms. Naaz is a leading advocate of the Supreme Court of India, with a specialization in criminal matters, ranging from POSH to POCSO laws, including matrimonial. She regularly appears and advises clients in such matters before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and various district and session courts. She is a graduate of Delhi University, where she earned her Bachelor of Laws with honors. She also holds a diploma in Environmental Law & Governance from UNEP. After graduating from law school, Farah began her career in litigation, working in various district courts, high courts, and the Supreme Court of India. She is currently working with an AOR at the Supreme Court, and she also appears independently in various matters. Her core areas of competencies are drafting, research, and advisory.
