A combined experience of 26 years in the airline industry, with roles in multiple functions viz., HR & Administration, Operations, Training, Airport Operations. Have been the Station In charge of an airline with International operations. Conceptualized, organized and conducted 30+ training programs on improving behavioral & Interpersonal skills to frontline staff including virtual learning of passenger service systems at various southern region stations on the airline network and also imparted Gender sensitization & Gender bias trainings to crew, airline & airport employees on the whole benefitting about 700 employees. Been a Member of Cell for [POSH] Prohibition of Sexual harassment of Women in the workplace. Being a Postgraduate and M Phil in Sociology from Delhi School of Economics (Delhi University) with specialization in Gender studies, I am also UGC NET qualified for Lectureship. I am passionate about, Continuous Learning, Knowledge Sharing and the subjects of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion with a focus on Gender issues have been of special interest.
